This system works pretty well, but it's not perfect. Every now and then, it doesn't work right for someone. About 1% on average have a problem. Below are answers that have solved all the problems that have cropped up since I opened this site except one. Only once did I have to enter someones password manually.

Password Doesn't Work.
It usually doesn't take more than a couple seconds for the processing to happen, and your password to start working, but on occasions when Verotel is down for maintenance or having trouble with their computers, of if there's network trouble, it can take longer. Verotel sends me an Email when there is a problem, but they keep trying for 1/2 hour, then they reverse the transaction. You should get an email on this. Even though I check my Email twice a day to keep an eye out for these problems, they're usually corrected before I even see the Email. Listed below is a list of common solutions for you try.

1. ID and PW are case sensitive. Make sure the caps lock isn't on.
2. If you're copying and pasting the ID and PW, it's very easy to pickup a leading or trailing space that the server will think is part of the password.
3. Try another browser and see if the problem is there too. Internet Explorer seems to work best.
4. Reboot your computer. You'd be surprised how often this works.
5. It's normal to get a second request for your password after Media Player launches.
6. The archive requires a separate membership fee that you get a separate ID and password for.
